30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, items must satisfy the following conditions:
- Apparel must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
- Original brand tags and internal labels must remain securely attached.
- Items must be free from fragrance, pet hair, deodorant marks, or makeup stains.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send an Email: Contact our support team at 3309917065@qq.com with your Order Number (e.g. #FW-1082) and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Instructions: Within 24 hours, we will email you the return authorization RMA number and our warehouse return shipping address.
- Ship the Package: Pack the items securely and ship via your preferred carrier with tracking.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, our warehouse inspects the items within 2 business days and issues a prompt refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay) in USD ($). Banks typically take 3 to 5 business days to post the funds back to your account balance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is defective or arrived damaged during transit, please notify us immediately at 3309917065@qq.com with a quick photo. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra charge or issue a 100% full refund.
